first I want to thank you for this great tool. Using it every day for business and private task-management.
Can I disable the notification for development comments? There are too much notifications. I only want the major informations about new features.

Thanks for the tip with the eye icon. That's what I was looking for.

Hi Lars, Your are most welcome. Happy to know you are enjoying Quire! 😃 If you do NOT want to receive notifications of a task, remove yourself from the followers (the eye icon) in the upper-right of the task's detail panel (you will still receive notifications if you are assigned to the task). Also, if you do NOT want to receive email notifications (aka notifications sent to your inbox), you can select None in the Email Notifications section of your Account Settings.
