I was wondering if you have planned in your development road map the possibility of scheduling events. The practical example that occurred to me is to schedule a 4-month event that is to send an email to a person outside the organization in order to remind them of some previously arranged management.

Hi @pablo-43 - How about setting a start and due date to the task? You can then assign the task to a member, the member will receive notifications when the start date approaches (The member has to turn on the settings for notifications).
