Hello. I sent invitations to two emails that I spelled incorrectly, and now I cannot remove them from the user list in the bottom of my lefthand task bar. How can I delete a user who essentially does not exist? I have completed any of their assigned tasks, so each of those accounts has no assigned tasks, nor has ever logged in. Are they there forever?

Hi @Evan-70 - Remove the wrong members from the Organization complete member list. If they don't belong in the same project/organization as you do, they won't show up in the Members section at the sidebar anymore.

How to access Organization complete member list:

  • Click on the Organization at the sidebar.
  • Click on Edit members at the dropdown menu at the top.
  • Scroll down to View complete member list.
  • Hover over the member and click on the trash bin icon to remove him/her from the organization.
