Task Approver: A role named Approver can be enabled addition to Assignee in Task assignment. Once the approver approves, the status of the respective task changes to closed or whatever final status.
Status Level Privilege: Rights for specific status modification can be enabled. The modification for particular status can be done by specific user. Eg: User 1 – can only update the status as Closed. Reference –JIRA.
External Member Visibility – External members are able to see Holistic status of the Projects in Organization. Though they can’t access those projects but can see the entire progress of other projects. Visibility of entire project in organization can be confined for the External Members.

Hi emre - Thank you for your feedback. I will bring this to our team. It is in our consideration to allow more permission role configuration for our future enhancements.
