Hi Quire! I would like to see if there can be some functionality to input various reasons why a task is completed overdue (eg. client delayed approval, forgot to move card, etc). And perhaps the ability to sort completed tasks into "completed on time" and "completed overdue."

Hi @ReneeT - Thank you for your feedback. It looks like you are looking for something like Custom Fields, which you can create a new field and enter any information you like.
Having Custom Fields is in our plan in the future. However, we are working on other features right now, we haven't gotten to it yet. I will highlight your request to our team and keep you posted if we have any updates. Thanks again! 🙌

But usually we use the description feature to add more details about the task. And comments don't seem to be captured in the exported CSV.
