I noticed that "my tasks" shows only the projects inside my personal project for some reason. Not sure if this is something that can be changed in settings or not, but I would expect normal behavior to be showing all the projects I personally have access to when trying to pick a project to assign to a task in "My tasks"

I know you can "transfer" task, but that seems like a few extra clicks that slow me down.

Hi @Lucian_Armasu - My Tasks will default includes:

  • Tasks created by you, not assigned to others, with start or due date
  • Task assigned to you
  • Personal tasks

You won't be able to change the settings of what kind of tasks show up in My Tasks.

A quick tip: You can try dragging the tasks to the sidebar to transfer the task, and holding Alt while doing some can save you a few clicks more. Hope this helps.
