When I go to members I don's see beside each member the possibility to reset his/her role . It doesn't open a page as shown in your guide! I just have the small circles with the photos on the left column and the only thing it lets me do is to invite new people....

Hi @Annamaria_Lisotti - To change the role of a member, you would need to go to the Project Members or Organization Members page.
For Project members, click on the dropdown arrow beside the project name at the top, then click Edit members. See this guide for more details: https://quire.io/guide/add-project-members/
