#3938: Quire Feedback
Status: To-do

Is there a way to view the parents task name in the sub task's detail window?

Hi @Max_Peters - By toggling on the Advanced mode, you can see the parent task name above the subtask name in both the main and detail panel.

Hitting Ctrl for Windows or Alt for Mac can toggle on and off the Advanced mode. Here's a guide for more information: https://quire.io/guide/advanced-mode/

Ok, I see this now, must have missed it!

Actually they have gone again.

Yesterday I noticed that it had the parent task name after the project name in the sub task details, however now it has gone again.

Also when it was displaying, I noticed that in the list view, it would show the name of the parent task in smaller font next to the sub task name, but this has also gone now.

Is this a bug?

I'm using the Web UI in Chrome on windows 10.

ok great, i must have have been messing around in the settings!

Might be useful if you added a link in the settings to explain what advanced does, or at least create a tool tip on mouse over.

Thanks
