Hello, thank you for this excellent software.
I am writing to you to suggest that it may be useful to add a further level for tags: visible to all organizations. Or, even better, allowing the user to choose to which organization extend the tags

At the moment, the Global Tags are only visible to all projects within a certain organization.
Could you please share with the reason and use case for this request? Our concern is that it might be a surprise to see a tag that was set to be visible by another member from another organization in your own project. Looking forward to your reply.
