Hi,

Sometimes I see the small icons indicating that a task belongs to a sub-list, or that a task contains sub-tasks. Sometimes these small light gray icons don't appear.

I don't really understand what is causing them to appear.

Hi @jln - Yes! I'm glad that you have found out about our Advanced mode! This is to help you quickly access more information about each tasks with just a simple toggle (Ctrl for Windows or Alt for Mac).
