@peggy, In this case, you could make a small adjustment to the option of rules and permissions that you already have. For example, allowing a "guest" to not be able to view tasks that he is not responsible for. So, I can invite a member to help me with one task and keep the others private.

Hi @Ketlin-Milani - If you want the task to been seen by the member assigned, you can use the function 'External Team'. External Team members can only view the assigned task and add subtasks to the assigned task.
