#4255: Quire Feedback
Status: Completed

I am currently using Quire as a tool for task listing. In this case, a project "General Tasks" has been created and has multiple items that are essentially mini projects with their own subtasks.

I would like the ability to define a parent task as a category, or section, and in doing so, this means that it does not need a completion status or due date. It will however add a additional spacing above/below other items at the same level in task list to help visually separate these components.

Again, the idea here is to create segments in the list, without completely breaking them apart into either sublists or entirely separate projects.

Current: Task A (task) RFP Response (task)

Review (subtask) Reply (subtask) Task B (task)

Ideal: Task A (task)

RFP Response (Section / Category, etc.)

Review (subtask) Reply (subtask)

Task B (task)

Hi @Drew_Caldwell - Thank you for your feedback! Having Sections feature is definitely in our consideration for our future improvements. I will add your suggestion to our internal note and pass it to our team for their inspiration and reference.

If I get an update from them, I will keep you posted in this thread. Thank you.
