Hello,
we recently experienced an issue, where we can't upload photos and files into out Quire tasks. The error says it is unable to upload the file, because it exceeds the allowed maximum total file quota (200MB).
So we went and deleted some files from Quire, that we don't need anymore, thinking that will create space for new ones. But that is not the case, the error still remains.
How can we free up space, so we can upload images again?

Hi @brigita - When you delete the attached files in each task, it will free up the space immediately. However, please note that if you just only removed the task itself, the storage won't free up right up since we allow users to restore the task within 7 days of deletion. I hope this helps.
