We're still tracking cancelled tickets in our Quire board. Problem is a status needs a percentage worked on. It kind of defeats the workflow of status completions.
Is there a way to keep track of cancelled tickets, without them being part of the overall completion?
Hi @pscadiz - Sorry if I didn't make myself clear in the last comment. 😠I was suggesting creating another column that also has the percentage 100%; you can name it as 'Cancelled'.
This 'Cancelled' will no longer be active; you can find them in 'All Tasks'. Then in the Overview page, it will be counted as two separated categories; separated from Completed, like below. Let me know if this helps.

Hi @pscadiz - Sorry for the late reply. You can create a new status called 'Cancelled' but set it as 100%. It will be crossed off when you change the task's status to Cancelled. However, the task won't be counted as a completed task in the Overview page. I hope this helps.
Please let me know if this isn't what you are trying to achieve.

Oh holy crap that worked flawlessly! I did not know two statuses can both have 100% as completion. Thanks for this, have applied the correct statuses to our project now. This is good to close

Hello. Yep, this is not what we are trying to achieve. We still need the Completed/Done at 100% to be able to cross it off and count to our project completion.
The suggestion is something similar to 100, that's crossed off and makes it no longer active, but designated for tasks that will no longer be done. Of course, we don't want to delete such tasks for posterity
