I havent received the reminder for overdue tasks, or up coming tasks in Chrome or my email or app. It makes me miss a lot of tasks. I tried to access your guidance about reminders but it doesnt work. Please help me fix it. Thanks a lot
Hi @Marketing-20 - I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. Could you please check the following settings in your account to make sure that you have enabled all the settings for reminders in Quire:
- Please check if you have turned on the Quire reminders in the Account Settings.

- Please check if you have also enabled the reminders in the Project Settings.

Kindly let me know if you had all these turned on but still couldn't receive reminders/notifications. Thanks!

Hi @Marketing-20 - Could you please share the screenshots of how you have set the due date/time of your task? And also the screenshots of the reminder settings in both Account Settings and Project Settings for us? This way, our team could have a visual understanding of what might be happening. (You can also send the screenshots to support@quire.io because this is a public forum.)
Lastly, please note that you will get notified about the tasks that are assigned to you (with a date) or the tasks that were created by you (with a date).
