#4335: Quire Feedback
Status: To-do

Hey,

I would like to be able to apply two-level sorting to tasks in My tasks. Specifically, I already have my tasks grouped by Date, and then sorted by priority. What I would like to do is to then see the tasks with the due time set at the top, so I immediately see the most pressing ones.

This could be achieved by allowing sorting first by the due date (and time), and then by priority. This would get tasks with the specific house on top, and the ones without the hour on the bottom.

Do you think you could implement that 😃? That would give me better visibility into my tasks

Thanks for the great product!

Regards, Grzegorz

Hi @Grzegorz_Rozdzialik - Thank you for your feedback! You can group by two levels by clicking on the + icon next to each option in the drop down menu.

Visit this guide for more details: https://quire.io/guide/filter-sort/#group-with-two-options

Please let me know if this isn't what you are looking for. Thanks!

Thanks for the answer 😃 That's an option, but that yields the exact opposite result that I want - it puts the tasks that have the time defined at the bottom of the list, and the tasks that are just planned for the whole day are on top 😃

Ideally, the tasks that have the time defined would appear before the tasks that do not.

Thanks 😃

Also, I'm looking for sorting by 2 levels, not grouping by 2 levels 😃 First, sort by time. Then, sort by priority. So, the list of tasks for today would be:

  1. Task A 17:00 !1
  2. Task B 17:00 !3
  3. Task C 19:00 !2
  4. Task D today !1
  5. Task E today !1
  6. Task F today !3
