Hi @Mustafa_Pertev_Guven - A member can receive all the notifications about modifications done by other members about all the tasks in the project if he follows the project.
The member can also adjust what kind of notifications he wants to receive in the Project Settings page. Visit this guide for more details: https://quire.io/guide/get-notified/#customize-notifications-in-quire
