Hi,
I want to separate personal and work tasks. I have created a separate Organization for each.
My Work organization has multiple lists and I will keep adding new ones as new projects show up.
My Personal has only a couple lists and I probably won't have any more.
I don't see how I can show a list of all tasks belonging to one organization without manually adding every new list to the filter. "My tasks" shows all tasks from all organizations regardless of whether one of them is hidden. I can filter by a specific list or group of lists but then it means that every new list I create has to be manually added to the filter.
Is there an easy way to only show the tasks from one specific organization ?
Alternatively, can I set up a filter to exclude specific lists and include all others (including newly created ones) ?
Hi @UGG - Noted! I will pass feedback to our team and let you know if there's an update. Thank you for sharing your use case and feedback.
p.s. I have edited your feedback title slightly to better reflect your feedback. I hope you don't mind.

Hi @UGG - Instead of excluding tasks from a specific project, what about the other way around? We have a feature called 'Smart Folder'. You can add up to 5 projects to one folder, this way, all the tasks from those projects will show up in one place. You can then use the filter bar to filter or group the tasks any way you like. Would this be helpful for your case? Kindly let us know if this helps.

Hi - We have added the filter option for filtering by projects/organizations in the latest update. The options are available in My Tasks and Smart Folders. Please let me know if there are any questions. Thank you.

Hi @peggy, the idea is to prevent personal tasks from showing up in the work task list. I will have more than five work related lists at any given time, so this approach won't work. What is really needed is a "Not" filter, that allows filtering items out not in. Or, allow us to include Organizations in filters, not just individual lists. Thank you.
