Hi Erick, could you please kindly share a screenshot about the 'quick panel' that you have mentioned? Are you referring to the detail panel on the right hand side.
If so, at the moment, you won't be able to add a subtask in the detail panel. You can add subtasks by clicking on the subtask icon in the main panel or by hitting Shift + Enter.
