I can't see activities in different projects in My Activities if I don't set a due date first... This is uncomfortable, because I'd like first to write down all the activities per project and then set the dates having a "global look" to all the activities :-( Tried to change filters but no change :_(

Hi Ignazio - For the tasks with no due dates to appear in My Tasks, you would need to assign them to yourself. Here are the tasks that will appear in My Tasks:

  • Tasks created by me, not assigned to others, with start or due date
  • Task assigned to me
  • Personal tasks (Tasks created in My Tasks and don't belong to any projects)

You can change the settings in Account Settings to always assign the newly created tasks to yourself. This way, you won't have to assign them every single time and the tasks will always appear in My Tasks. I hope this helps.
