#4604: Quire Feedback
Status: Completed
Tag: Resolved

Hi!

Quire has so many great features, but there is one issue that is really impacting my ability to use it successfully.

In the list view, when I add subtasks under a specific task, all those subtasks appear individually in the list. And if I move the "parent" task to "in progress" the subtasks that haven't been started yet still remain in the "to-do" list.

It's difficult to get an overall sense of what belongs where and the progress on each parent task when everything looks the same in the list, regardless of what level of task it is, and when parent tasks can move independently from subtasks.

It would be most useful to me if there were a way to keep subtasks from appearing in the top level list at all. I would prefer to only see subtasks when I "zoom in" on the parent task (and so on for any subsequent levels of subtasks).

Thanks so much!

Hi! We have introduced a new feature called Task Bundle, which allows you to group the subtasks under their parent tasks so the task hierarchy will be preserved as it is. Here's a guide for more information. Hope this feature update solves your feedback! 😃

Note: This feature is only available in the Professional subscription plan or higher tier plans.
