I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. In order to better understand what might be happening would you mind answering the following questions:

1. Please help to check if you have enabled the push notifications for the Quire app in your phone settings.
2. Please also check if you are the 'follower' of the task, so that you will get notified when they are changes made to the task. (Here's a guide for more information.)

If you still have any questions after checking the above, could you please kindly send us the settings of the task to us at support@quire.io so we can have visual understanding of what might going on? Thank you for your help!
