Quire - Auto-update task status when subtask is completed

Status: Completed

As originally mentioned here #4734 Status doesn't auto update start when subtasks ..., I think it would be incredibly useful to have a parent task start >> In Progress >> when a subtask is complete and a parent task complete when all subtasks are completed.
