Progress reporting on sub tasks across all projects
Hi Karina - Thank you for your feedback.
You may try adding different projects into a Smart Folder, then you will have a progress stats for all those different projects at the Overview tab. However, you won't be able to filter the progress stats just to see the 1st level subtasks. I hope this helps a little bit with your use case. Great - thank you Peggy- this gives me a high level overview, but doesn't allow me to export the data to work with (in Excel, to produce a pivot chart dash board for management across all of my projects_

You are right. At the moment, we don't support exporting Smart Folder into CSV files. You can only export the project one by one into CSV files, then work from there.
However, I will bring this feedback to our team and hopefully we can add 'exporting Smart Folder into CSV files' into our consideration. We will keep you posted if we have any updates regarding this.

Within my organisation I have multiple project that each include various layers of sublists. It would be great if it was possible to pull off a progress report across all projects by Level 1 subtasks
