Hello, I would like to Sync a few tasks from my private board in another Quire project Board. In order to share it with a partner without having him accessing all the other tasks in my personal board. How is this possible?
Explaining the details
All my projects and related Tasks are managed in my Private Board. I am used to track progress of every task in several Sublist created by project.
I collaborate with a partner on one specific project managed in one particular Sublist.
I would like to share and give access to these tasks to this partner. But I don't want him to access all the other tasks visible in my private board.
Therefore I created a distinct Board in which I gave him all access. I duplicated the tasks I want to share with him in this shared Board.
But the tasks I manage in my Private Board are disconnected the twin tasks in the shared board. Therefore I would have double work to update each task at every action step.
So I am looking for a way to sync the selected tasks in my Private Board with the Shared Board. Maybe this is possible through the feature Link Task. Or maybe a smarter way of collaboration is possible, I am open to suggestions.

Unfortunately, we don't support syncing a task in multiple projects. I will pass your feedback to our team for more discussion. Here's a thread in the Quire Feedback forum about related topic: #3247. You may refer to that thread for more updates from us.
Though we don't have a feature for syncing tasks, you may try a workaround using 'External Team'. Create an external team and then add that member/partner as an External Team member. External Team members will only be able to see the tasks you have assigned to them. Here's a guide about External Team: https://quire.io/guide/external-team/. I hope this helps.
