Shorten notification lead-in

Notification lead-ins uses up valuable space that is needed to see more of the task description (especially when the notification is shared on smart watch):

Change "Remember to complete..." to "Complete.."
Change "You missed the deadline mmm dd of..." to "Missed..."

Given that these our Quire notifications, verbose lead-ins are are superfluous.
