I added a number of tasks on my mobile to an existing project "Michael Brooks' Project" and it won't sync with my view via the web. I've checked filters and it's not being filtered out. Lots of refreshes. What else could be wrong?? Thanks! Michael

Hi Michael - Please help to check the below two possibilities:

  1. Please check if you are in the project "Michael Brooks' Project" on the web version. If you are in the correct project and the tasks aren't still showing up after refreshes, please let us know. We will pass this information to our tech team so they can look further into it.
  2. If you are in My Tasks on the web version, please note that only the tasks that fit the below criteria will show up:
    • Tasks created by you, not assigned to others, with start or due date
    • Task assigned to you
