Quire - Replace "Sublist" tabs with saved Filters

I love the idea of the customizable tab bars that are currently used for Sublists. However, I don't really use sublists, instead I have a bunch of saved filters I use often. I'd love to have these filters as customizable tabs that are accessible with one-click.
