We have problem that when the task is completed by staff but not checked by manager. They change status to complete, that make us can't control.
The solution: Close status: This status can not change to by staff, this status is only changed by creator.

Hi Thắng, currently in Quire only members that are set as Guest will not have the permission to complete tasks. Check out our guide about the permission control here. Previously, there were other users that also requested similar feature like you mentioned above. You can check #4957.
