#5108: Quire Feedback

For the last couple of days, when I add a line item and press Enter, the line goes blank and does not create a new line item. If I type more, then press enter, that goes blank as well. Then, if I wait a while or refresh the screen, everything I typed is there, in proper order, e.g. 2 or 3 lines just as I wanted them.

The way you can find Quire Feedback is through the Help button or Google Search 'Quire Feedback'. I understand that it can sometimes be inconvenient especially when you only want to find our answer to your question. I will pass your feedback to our team and let you know if we make any enhancements to this. Another way to get to this feedback is through notifications. When we reply back, you should receive a notification.

Regarding the screen recording video of the issue, that's weird 😭 , you should be able to attach a video here. Could you please kindly share the screenshot of what you see when you attach a video? I will pass it to our Developer Team for further assistance. Thanks so much for your help!

It would not let me upload it due to "quota limitations". I guess I've been using this since before you started charging. Anyway, it's a real issue. If you want to see the video I am happy to provide it.
