As the title suggests, I would like to suggest not showing the transfer task modal when moving a task without tags and associated people.
I think this would be a great quality of life change because makes moving tasks from project to project faster.

Hi Job, Thank you for your feedback! We have different options to transfer tasks. You can hold the Alt key when you drag the tasks to the project name at the sidebar. It will immediately transfer without showing the transfer task modal.
Another way to transfer a task is to press > on the keyboard while the task(s) is selected, then use the arrow keys to pick the project to which you wish to transfer the task.
