How do you prevent tasks from disappearing when you complete them? I want them to strikethrough, and have them set to that in my settings, however when I complete them they just disappear and this is confusing for me. I like to be able to see what tasks I've just completed still to help me keep my place

To see the completed tasks, you can click on the Filter icon and choose All Tasks. This way, the completed tasks will be shown. For more details, you can visit our guide here.
