Hello!

Well, description in title:

  • create a zap that automatically pulls all my assigned tasks from one project, to another project where i centralize all my tasks (with a specific tag).
  • create a zap that updates the status from one project to another (so when i close the task in my centralized view, would love to update that in the original project)

Hi Yvonne, currently this couldn't be done in Quire with a Zap. However, I will pass your suggestion on to our team and let them know about your request. If I have any updates, I will keep you posted. Thanks!

I am not sure if this will be helpful or not but I think our My Tasks page can be what you are looking for. All the tasks from different projects that are assigned to you will appear on your My Tasks page. And if there are any updates done to your assigned tasks, they will be updated simultaneously as well. You can read more about My Tasks here on our guide.
