Problem with Chrome

Hi @Mostafa_Behdani, Quire hosts data and runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, which deploys mostly in the United States. Unfortunately, this also prevents Quire from providing access to its platform or services to individuals and companies located in Iran.

If you'd like to access Quire while staying in the above regions, you might want to consider using a VPN. Thank you.

Hi @Mostafa_Behdani, I'm afraid this is beyond our control as it's within the Iranian government and AWS regulations. For your information, we have deprecating support for Internet Explorer. We do support Firefox, therefore, you can continue using Quire in Firefox.

Unfortunately, we do not have a Firefox extension. Thank you.

1. My Chrome version is up-to-date. this problem exist in Edge browser too.
2. I have this problem in cognito mode too. Windows version is w7 and i faced the problem on w8 and w10 too. I suspect that internet restriction after iranian protests here caused this problem. I can't use my workspace in chrome nor Quire homepage. I have no problem in android app. thanks for your attention to Quire users.

1. Your Chrome version (please update your Chrome to the latest version, if you haven't updated it)
2. Please try to access Quire in incognito mode

Hi @Raisag thanks. but I'm wondering that problem encounters in Chrome and Edge browsers, while everything is OK in Firefox and IE. is it solved issue for you, this situation? Have Quire team developed extension for Firefox? or is it in your plan to do that in the future?
