Hi, I have concluded that the best way to structure tasks for us would be to create about 75 Organizations because we have 75 clients for which we do consulting work for. We would then create related projects within each of these. I have gone through the pricing plans and the documentation and I can't find anywhere that mentions any limitations or costs associated to creating organizations but I am concerned. Could you please clarify.
NB: I am also asking because we are an IT firm and I have been evaluating task mgmt software for our clients. Our remaining candidates are Quire, Clickup and InfoQube. I am at the stage of creating prototypical implementations of each. That said, I notice that when I create a new organization it says "FREE" in its profile which is concerning. My trial period is expired but before I pay to create a few temporary Pro and Premium memberships to continue testing I want to make sure I am not wasting time and money. Thanks!
Hi Benoit, thank you for reaching out to us.
The Quire subscription is based on the total member seats per organization. For example, if you have 2 members in Organization A and 3 members in Organization B. When you upgrade Organization A to Professional plan, the other Organization B will remain in the Free plan.
Having that said, we have a feature called 'Master Organization' in the Premium or Enterprise plan. With this feature, you will be able to link your Free organizations to that paid org in order to share same usage quota and the members. You will only need to pay once for the shared members across different organizations.
Regarding how many organizations you can created, for the Free plan, a member can create 4 free organizations. For the other plans, please see the below chart in our pricing page.
In your use case with 75 clients, the Enterprise plan might be most suitable for your case. If you have any questions or if you need a more customized plan, feel free to contact us via email info@quire.io. We can further assist you there.
