I have asked Quire many times how to hide the task numbers with no luck. I fully understand how this can be usefull for other users. Not for me, it makes for unnecessary clutter. I have gone crazy looking for a way to turn it off. In case this is helpful to other users, to turn this on or off, go to settings and select basic view to hide the task ID# or advanced to display it

Hi, When you press i key (Option for Mac) on your keyboard, you will enable the Advanced mode and view the task ID and other icons. You can press the same key again to toggle it off. Please visit our guide here for more details.

Also, could you kindly let us know if you use MacOS or Windows as your operating system?
