We are struggling with one particular scenario when using Quire with our team. Currently we have 4 users but this may double if we rollout further.
The issue relates to "sensitive information" that we'd like to store within a list somewhere e.g. costs / charging etc. This could be at "list level" or within a specific task however it seems that it will always be available to ALL team members with access to the list (even if just read-only). Am I missing something? Is there a way to achieve this?
Summary: Maintain some info related to a list such that only certain team members working on the list can see it.
Thoughts on how:
- Ability to hide a card from certain team members
- Ability to hide a section from certain team members
- Ability to hide list details from certain team members
Ok I'm booked in for Tuesday. Thanks.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. If you have sensitive information restricted to certain members, we recommend inviting them as external team members.
External team members can only access and manage tasks assigned to them. They can create and manage subtasks under their assigned tasks. For more details, kindly visit our guide here.
If you have any further questions about external teams, feel free to let me know. Thank you.

Hey @Raisag thanks for this. Is it possible to speak with somebody briefly so that I can fully understand the implications before onboarding further members?

Hi Mark,
We've received the scheduled meeting. One of our members will reach out to you and confirm the date and time and the meeting link.
Have a great day and we'll talk soon!

Would anybody be able to help with this please?
