Hi! Is there some way to differentiate subtasks from main tasks in board view? Currently in board view, they all appear as equal level tasks.

Hi, You can toggle on Task Bundle in Board view to preserve the task hierarchy just like in Tree view. Please see more information about Task Bundle here.
