Now accessing and customising sublist for my task and Smart Folder is good , if we have additional option of sharing sublist with particular person or team it would be very easy to have review - rest all project and storage place behind task and sub task can be same , only filtered for review one to one or particular team

Hi golda ! there is a need to filter or combine a list of activities and critical path tasks to be followed by team leaders based on weekly meetings from multiple projects. Our suggestion is to use a Smart Folder to create a single common sublist where team leaders can access the assigned tasks. Alternatively, individual project specific sublists could be assigned to particular teams for better organization and task management. This approach aims to streamline communication and improve efficiency across projects.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify with you. Are you looking to share a specific sublist with only a certain group of members and have the tasks within that sublist visible exclusively to that group? If so, I'm afraid this is not possible.
