#6155: Quire Feedback

While my team is highly ineffective (some say directly they do not reply on tasks in real time due too big spam) still due biggest Quire block - notifications, which got various suggestions such as #5547
I suggest very simple change that will improve workflow when having a lot of projects - adding project name, even without icon if it is too big effort currently. On screenshot "Apps" is the project name.
