If you create a link on a line, as:
and write text after it, it will appear to save it while you're there, but if you later come back to the task all the text after the link is gone.
There's also very strange behavior related to backspace, which is probably related. If you paste a link and start typing, then press backspace, it will delete everything all the way back to the link instead of just the single character.
Thanks, will I get the content back or is it gone forever?

Hi,
We're sorry for the inconvenience.
We are unable to reproduce this on our end. Could you provide the reproduction steps for us?

Hi,
At the moment, we’re unable to pinpoint the cause of the issue. Our team is currently investigating and will keep you updated as soon as we have more information.

You mentioned that there was text after the link in point no. 2, and this is what we currently see. Are you seeing the same, or is it different on your end?
Golda, Feb 13, 2025
I see the same, it said something like "into the comment" after. I kept seeing it after saving until I navigated away to another task and came back.

It happens for me consistently in our company project. I'm using latest Chrome.
- Open an existing issue
- Paste a link like https://www.google.com/
- When typing text after, press backspace and see that everything back to the link is deleted
- Don't press backspace, re-add and save the content and switch to another task. Then go back to the original one, and see that the text before or after is deleted anyway

Actually, the same thing happens sometimes to text before a link as well. Not really sure what the pattern is. Hopefully the text is still there but invisible? Otherwise I've lost a lot of work.
