In a Doc, one use of headings is that they show the structure of a doc. What would be helpful is to have a shortcut command that inserted a TOC (or is automatically included in the sidebar) based on the headings, with H1 being the main points, and H2 being sub-points under those, etc.

The Table of Contents is available now. You can switch it on from the More Options menu in document (screenshot below).
