Are you referring to not receiving in-app notifications? If so, please check your project settings to make sure you’ve selected the types of notifications you’d like to receive. You can find more details in our guide here.
Additionally, you can set up reminder notifications for tasks that are approaching their start or due dates, or when they become overdue. You can learn more about this in our reminder guide here.
