Do you mean that you’d like an easier way to add subtasks in the mobile app?

If so, you can swipe left on a task and tap the Subtask icon to add a subtask beneath it. Or, you can open the task and tap the More options icon in the upper-right corner to add a subtask.

I'm already aware of how to add subtasks using mouse gestures. What I'm curious about is whether there's a keyboard shortcut to add subtasks (similar to Shift + Enter on the web version).
