We have added multiple types of approvals onto projects with their own titles, but when a amend is requested through the approval process there is no way of knowing which approver supplied the request.
It would therefore we great if when changes are requested, the comment notes which approval was requested.
Example in the comments.

The Approval Request 'Task Signoff' has a change request, but the comment on the ticket does not inform the assignee of this. As an alternative it would be great if it would instead look like the following

Let me know if these needs to be a separate request, but off the back of using this I feel it would also be great if a comment was auto generated when one of these requests is approved, so that there is a full log in the comments?
