Allow multiple filters in Organization and Folder views

In a project view I can stack filter conditions — open the Filter menu, pick Assignee, open it again, add Date, and both stay active.

In Organization and Folder views there is no Filter menu at all, so only one condition is possible. Picking anything from the funnel dropdown replaces the whole filter state.

Please bring the same multi-filter support to Organization and Folder views. Combining Assignee + Date across projects is exactly what we need at that level.
