Hi there.
I have my board view set to 'by date' (shuffle option 5), grouped by sublist, hide empty colums, hide unscheduled tasks, and select task bundles.
I have the filter saved and I have that view bookmarked.
Every time I go into the bookmark, the board is once again shuffled by status (option 1), still grouped by sublist sometimes, empty columns are showing, unscheduled asks are showing, and task bundle is unchecked.
So every time I click back into quire, I have to go through the five selections again: reshuffle my board, most of the time regroup by sublist, reselect to hide empty columns and unscheduled tasks, and reselect task bundles.
Why does the view not hold? It's very frustrating to have to reconfigure the board a dozen times day, which is what I have to do. thanks.
Replying to Golda: Hi, We tried this on our end but couldn’t reproduce it, so we’d like to take a closer look at what’s happening on yours. Could you send a screen recording of it happening, with the URL bar visible? Since you’re opening the board from a bookmark, the URL itself may be part of what’s resetting the view. It would also help to know whether you stay logged in to Quire between sessions, or if you log out or use a private window at any point. Settings like shuffle, task bundle, and hidden columns aren’t kept once you log out. - Could it be saved on the server side as the latest setting for each view?
- ..or as defaults for each view?
- Could it be saved in a user defined 'view'? (and than it's just 1-2 clicks)
