OKRs Terminology Explained

OKRs stands for Objectives and Key results.

Itโ€™s a simple goal-setting system to focus on what matters, track progress, and get results.

The main objective is to align everyone toward shared goals, ensuring consistent direction and organization-wide adoption.

๐ŸŽฏ Objectives = What you want to achieve

  • Company wide objectives
  • Team based objectives

๐Ÿ”‘ Key results = How youโ€™ll measure success

  • Specific, measurable outcomes that show progress toward the objective.
