Needed by 3 Sep 2027, so the copy can be built into the sign-up flow before code freeze.

Lead time — legal quote three weeks for a review of this size. Submitted 12 Aug to leave a fortnight of slack.

Fallback if it is late — launch with current terms and the new flow disabled. Workable, but it removes a launch feature, so treat the date as real.
