🔵 Dependencies — what we need from someone else

Work, decisions or deliverables outside your team's control that your plan relies on.

Use the Depends On field to name the team, vendor or person on the hook. Use the Awaiting response status while the ball is in their court, so a glance at the Table view tells you what is genuinely blocked versus what is just late.

A dependency you have not chased in three weeks is a risk. Re-score it at the monthly clean-up.
